About Us

North Colorado Medical Center’s roots go back to 1904 when The Greeley Hospital was opened. Over the years, the name changed to Weld County Hospital, Weld County General Hospital and then to North Colorado Medical Center in the mid-1980s.

NCMC is a fully accredited, private, non-profit facility licensed to operate 398 beds.

It serves as a regional medical center with community-based and specialty services in a service area including southern Wyoming, western Nebraska, western Kansas and northeastern Colorado.
